In the second part, the participants split into four working groups and by means of lively discussion have developed proposals which, after some amendments will be included in the Development Strategy. The groups discussed the following topics:

1. The development of civil society;
2. Entrepreneurship;
3. Good governance;
4. The quality of life.

One of the important differences of the Strategy is that the experts and the public authorities have actively involved the civil society in the development of the document from the early stages. The basic needs of society were collected through roundtables and public discussions upon which the document has been developed. It is nice to see that the community not only seeking for changes but also feels its responsibility and important role in their implementation. We are very grateful to the organizers, speakers, and participants for their active role and productive dialogue.
