April 25, 2016, 24 members of the “Bila Tserkva. The team of change” started their training. Over the next two month, they will pass a training course at the International Institute of Business (IIB), and gain knowledge of municipal governance and project management.
On the first day of the classes, participants were welcomed by the project coordinator of IIB Irina Bystrova. She spoke on the process of learning, on the development opportunities for each participant. She urged all to study diligently in order to be able to continue to apply their skills for the development of their own city.
