The delivery of a Volkswagen Transporter T5 to the Kupiansk community in the Kharkiv region was made possible through the joint efforts of the GoLOCAL team and GIZ. This specialized vehicle will enable municipal emergency crews to respond rapidly to incidents and restore critical infrastructure in the shortest possible time following emergency situations.
For us, this support represents far more than the transfer of equipment. It provides communities with the practical tools they need to operate independently, strengthen their resilience, and maintain essential public services under exceptionally challenging conditions.
