This particular training is quite unique – it was developed specifically for women-entrepreneurs, and it’s being implemented in Bila Tserkva city for the very first time.

Students were selected through the questionnaires method and personal interviews.

During one week, participants will talk about the full cycle of business strategy creation: from defining its main idea to financial management basis and corporate social responsibility.

All the business coaches selected for the teaching – are not only successful economics and management experts, but also successful entrepreneurs who will share with the students their experience in developing their own business from the very beginning.

The practical part is very important part of these courses. Right after passing the first stage – lectures, participants will have two weeks for developing their own business plans. Teachers will become temporary mentors for students and will assist them while the whole process. After that, all the participants will represent their projects to the special commission, which will evaluate each business strategy and provide a professional assessment and conclusion.

GoLOCAL team strongly believe that best projects, made during this training, will be implemented in Bila Tserkva in the nearest future and will make good changes in the city. And who knows, maybe tomorrow you will buy eco products or order some service from one of our graduates!
