Aim of the project is to assist in the relocation of Ukrainian enterprises that were affected or were forced to stop their activities due to the invasion of the russian army into the territory of Ukraine.
The GoLOCAL project team carried out the following activities:
- Our team provided emergency consultation support to 20 Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the east, north and south of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odesa regions) affected by the war. Entrepreneurs received consultations on adapting business models, marketing, finance, HR and organizational development of their businesses in a new location, and access to financing.
- Selected 5 SMEs additionally received consultations on the relocation process, including pre-, during and post-move support.
- As a result of the project implementation, 20 Ukrainian SMEs received emergency consultation support and some of them successfully implemented relocation measures and adapted to the new location in the target communities in western Ukraine (Lviv, Zakarpattia, Volyn, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Rivne regions) and Kyiv region.
