The project “Consultation Hub for SMEs in Time of War” was made possible with the financial support of the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE), FinStream under the EU4Business initiative and with the financial assistance of the European Union.
During the project implementation, the following activities were carried out:
- provided consultation and expert support to 30 representatives of Ukrainian SMEs from the manufacturing and service sectors;
- intensive training on key issues such as business modeling, marketing, financial management, entering new markets, exports, relocation, attracting investment and grant funding, human resources, etc;
- short master classes and Q&A sessions with industry representatives were held to find business opportunities in the context of war;
- participants worked with specialists who helped them choose and make decisions on adaptation and accompanied them in developing individual plans for further company actions;
- final projects pitching and presentation of their development plans to potential investors, which helped them attract funding for support and further development.
