The GoLOCAL team, in cooperation with GIZ, has delivered a Volkswagen Transporter T5 specialized service vehicle to the Khotyn Community in Chernivtsi Oblast. This mobile asset will strengthen the capacity of local municipal services, enabling them to respond more rapidly to emergencies and ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure.
The vehicle will be used for the prompt repair of utility network failures, particularly within the water supply system, urgent maintenance of street lighting, public space upkeep, and the rapid response to the consequences of emergencies and potential shelling.
The addition of this specialized vehicle marks an important step toward enhancing the infrastructure resilience of the Khotyn Community and safeguarding the continuous operation of essential public services under wartime conditions.
