The prompt restoration of critical infrastructure, the uninterrupted operation of water supply services, and timely emergency response depend not only on the expertise of municipal utility teams, but also on the availability of reliable equipment and operational resources.
To strengthen this capacity, the Kobeliaky Community in Poltava Oblast has received a specialized Volkswagen Transporter vehicle. As part of its cooperation with GIZ, the GoLOCAL team facilitated the transfer of the vehicle to the community.
The vehicle will support rapid response efforts following attacks, facilitate the elimination of emergency infrastructure failures, and assist in the routine maintenance of municipal infrastructure. By enhancing the operational capabilities of local utility services, it will enable faster response to urgent needs while ensuring the continuous delivery of essential public services.
