As part of its cooperation with GIZ, the GoLOCAL team facilitated the transfer of specialized equipment – a flatbed truck equipped with a crane – to the Kobeliaky community in Poltava oblast.
This equipment will significantly enhance the capacity of the local utility enterprise to respond promptly to emergencies, carry out repair works, and eliminate the consequences of accidents. Strengthening the material and technical capacities of communities is critically important for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of essential public services under martial law conditions.
