The “Digital rights agenda in Ukraine” project is implemented by NGO GoLOCAL with the support of the Luminate. The project includes 2 stages:
1. Methodology and educational program on IT and entrepreneurship, addressing data and digital rights agenda
GoLOCAL is working on the concept and methodology of IT and business education with a focus on data and digital rights. Educational materials will be developed based on the best world practices with adaptation to the needs and demands of the Ukrainian market. The new training methodology and program will be piloted in Kryvyi Rih in an offline/online training format with over 100 participants.
2. Incubation and research on the questions of data and digital rights
The second part of the project is related to incubation and research on the questions for institualization of civic engagement with consolidated efforts of experts and NGOs for Data and Digital (DDR) developments.
