The “National Urban Development Policy in Ukraine” GIZ Office in Ukraine, organized the first German-Ukrainian conference of urban development: “The possibilities of integrated urban development to support sustainable development in Ukraine.” It took place on 16 December 2016, the NSC “Olympic”.
Volodymyr Glukhov co-founder of the NGO «GoLOCAL» attended the conference and presented three realized in the Bila Tserkva projects:
- School of small and medium enterprises;
- “Bila Tserkva. Team of Changes”;
- The Development Strategy of the Bila Tserkva.
The conference aim is exchange of experience of progressive cities in Germany and Ukraine in the field of integrated urban development. Not surprisingly that among the participants attended the mayor of Trostyantse Yuriy Bova was present, who has got a lot to be proud of in this area.
